I have a Zune mp3 player and am unsure how to erase stuff off of it. I bought it used without a manual and am having trouble figuring that aspect out. Anyone know how?

I recently got a Zune mp3 player but I can’t get movies to download on it. Does anyone no where I can go for help on this?

My Zune player is kinda broken. The screen doesn’t turn on anymore, but the the sound and everything else works. I really don’t want to have to buy a new one, but getting the screen to work is an important feature.

I downloaded the New Zune Software and it isn’t allowing me to transfer song files that I have downloaded off of the internet onto the MP3 player itself. Has anyone had these problems? Do you know how to fix it?
