There is more great news for all your hardcore Zune fans. Earlier today, we reported that Zune 3.1firmware, which includes three free games, has been released. Well not, it has been reported that flash-based Zunes will be getting a price cut. The 4GB flash-based Zune will cost around $99, the 8GB costs about $139, and the 16GB has a price tag of $179. Unfortunately, the hard-drive based Zune will not be getting a price cut. Although the flash-based DAP market is slowly dying, Microsoft is hoping that this move would increase sales during the upcoming holiday season.
