Zune 8GB in Canada gets $50 price cut
A Canadian retail store called Future Shop has given the second-gen Zune 8GB a $50 price cut, which drops the price to abot $100 in Canadian dollars. With the current transfer rate, that is around $82 in US dollars. The problem with this move by Future Shop is that it undercuts the American and the Canadian price for the Zune 8GB set by Microsoft. The Zune 8GB is considered a current generation model, and therefore, only obsolete models would usually get price cuts like this. In addition, Future Shop is selling the Zune 120GB for $234, which is $16 less than the original price. Both offers last until November 20, but Future Shop does NOT ship internationally.
