you should have a folder of all your music if you do drag it to the zune thing

Put it all in one folder, and have the zune software monitor it :)

Yeah first get Zune Marketplace, then just drag songs from itunes to the “songs” or create a new playlist and drag the songs into that. It works with unprotected songs, but i’m not sure about protected. This way you get to keep both itunes and Zune Marketplace in your PC. Also, you need to have a PC and not a Mac since you can’t put Zune Marketplace in Mac.

Yes, TRY DOWNLOADING THE SOFTWARE it should do the rest for you except for videos.

if that doesn’t work then select all of your music then drag it to your Zune software

The music you download from iTunes is drm protected. in order to play it on non-apple mp3/mp4 players, you need to remove the drm and convert the protected music to drm free mp3 format. the easiest way is to burn an audio cd in itunes and rip it back as mp3 format. Or you can get some software to help you.

I would recommend you check out this article which shows three methods to convert iTunes music to MP3:

    Hope it helps!
