How can I transfer my zune songs to my itunes?

I downloaded a whole mess of songs today on my zune. and now I want to put it on my Ipod but I know I need to put it on Itunes first. I have researched and nothing helps. does anyone know what I can do?

    Take a blank cd (you can buy them at Wal-Mart or Best Buy) and burn your music to the cd. When its done, open up itunes and rip the music off the cd. Remember that once you use a blank cd you can’t add anymore music or videos to it; you’ll have to use a fresh one.
