How do i get an application onto my zune?

How do i get applications onto my zune? Like for instance the zune clock or calculator. What do i do once i download the .zip files?

    I suggest posting this in the forums on http://www.zunescene.com or http://www.zunerama.com where you will find the hacks to do this. You will probably have better luck finding someone who can explain this to you.
