How do I get the music off my Zune player?
I have a Zune player with all my music. For some reason the new Zune software will not work with my computer no matter what I do it just will not open. So now I have my player with all my songs and cannot manage them or retrieve them when my Zune is hooked into my computer. Zune support does not seem to know how to help me. Any suggestions??

You can’t use any other program to manage your Zune. Give us more info about your operating system and the error message/code you are getting when you try to open the program. We might be able to help resolve that issue.
