How do I share my Music library (iTunes) with a second user on Windows Vista that uses a Zune?

I use iTunes and an iPod. My roommate uses a Zune. We share a lot of the same music taste and want to reduce the amount of space taken because of duplicate music files. What is the best way to share the files. We both also have a lot of music the other person doesn’t want. If I add/delete music does it automatically add/delete from her’s?

first you must burn the sonds on a CD. then take that CD and but it in the computer. Next open the songs and download them into the computer and put it into the zune.
